Thank you for shopping with iKyoor. Please review this Return & Refund Policy before requesting a return, refund, replacement, or warranty service. To start a request, contact us first at support.us@ikyoor.com. Please do not send any item back before your return request has been authorized.

1. Return Eligibility Matrix

Return and replacement eligibility depends on how long you have owned the product and whether the request is related to a product quality issue. Please contact iKyoor for authorization before shipping any item back.

2. General Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be approved by iKyoor before the item is shipped back.
  • Customers should keep the original packaging for at least 90 days to help with return or replacement handling.
  • Items should be returned with original accessories, manuals, packaging materials, and proof of purchase when requested.
  • Returns made after 30 days for non-quality reasons, including buyer remorse or change of mind, are not accepted.
  • Corporate purchases or bulk orders of more than 10 units of the same product are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • The free return offer within 30 days does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Minor Outlying Islands, or other remote areas where standard return service is unavailable or materially more expensive.

3. Refund Procedure

  1. Contact us first. Email support.us@ikyoor.com with your order number, product name, reason for the request, and photos or video if the item has a quality issue.
  2. Authorization. If the request is eligible, iKyoor will provide return instructions and the return destination.
  3. Return shipment. The item must be shipped to the designated return location according to the instructions provided.
  4. Inspection. Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
  5. Refund method. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method used for the order.
  6. Processing time. Refund processing typically takes 3-5 business days after the warehouse receives and approves the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

4. Shipping Cost Rules

  • iKyoor covers standard return shipping for eligible returns within the first 30 days, subject to the location exclusions above.
  • iKyoor covers shipping for approved quality-related replacement cases within the first 90 days.
  • From day 91 through the second year, replacement or warranty handling may be available where applicable, but the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
  • Shipping upgrades, expedited shipping, handling fees, and services not approved in advance by iKyoor are not refundable unless required by law.

5. Non-Returnable or Limited-Return Situations

  • Items damaged by misuse, unauthorized repair, improper handling, or failure to follow product instructions may be refused for refund or replacement.
  • Products returned without required accessories, packaging, or proof of purchase may be delayed, rejected, or subject to a deduction where permitted by law.
  • Bulk, corporate, wholesale, clearance, final-sale, or customized orders may have different return terms and may be non-refundable.

6. Policy Updates

iKyoor reviews return, refund, replacement, and warranty requests case by case according to this policy, the condition of the product, the order record, and applicable consumer protection laws. We may update this Return & Refund Policy when needed. Any rights available to you under applicable consumer protection laws are not limited by this policy.
