Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy explains the limited warranty support available for eligible iKyoor products purchased from authorized storefronts.

1. Warranty Coverage

iKyoor warrants that eligible products will be free from material defects in workmanship and materials under normal residential use during the applicable warranty period. This limited warranty applies only to the original individual purchaser and is not transferable.

The warranty does not replace the separate return window described in our Return & Refund Policy.

2. Warranty Periods and Remedies

Available remedies depend on the purchase date, product condition, proof of purchase, and inspection result.

3. Warranty Registration and Extension

  • Eligible customers may register through the Warranty Registration page.
  • Registration may require order number, product model, purchase date, and proof of purchase.
  • Where an extended warranty is offered, failure to register within the stated window may forfeit the extension.

4. Exclusions and Limitations

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, improper storage, liquid exposure, power surges, fire, or accidents is excluded.
  • Unauthorized repair, modification, third-party accessories, or use inconsistent with the user manual may void warranty coverage.
  • Consumable parts, cosmetic wear, refurbished items, open-box items, second-hand purchases, and purchases without valid proof may be excluded.
  • Normal wear, minor cosmetic variation, and non-functional packaging damage are not covered unless required by law.

5. Warranty Claim Procedure

  1. Email support.us@ikyoor.com with your order number, product model, purchase date, and a description of the issue.
  2. Provide photos or video when requested so our team can verify the issue.
  3. If approved, iKyoor will provide repair, replacement, return, or other instructions.
  4. Claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period.

6. Disclaimer and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iKyoor's responsibility under this limited warranty is limited to approved repair, replacement, refund, or service handling. iKyoor is not responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages except where prohibited by law.
