Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how iKyoor processes and delivers eligible orders. If you have questions about a shipment, contact support.us@ikyoor.com with your order number.
1. Free Shipping and Coverage
iKyoor may offer free standard shipping for eligible merchandise orders sent within the contiguous United States when the offer is shown on the product page or at checkout.
- Free shipping coverage may exclude Alaska, Hawaii, US Minor Outlying Islands, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and remote locations unless separate service terms are approved.
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Box addresses.
- Eligibility may vary by product, destination, inventory status, and selected shipping service.
- If a shipping option is not available for your address at checkout, contact us before placing the order.
2. Order Processing
Orders require processing before shipment. We review payment, address, product availability, and carrier suitability before dispatch.
- Most orders are prepared within a short business-day processing window before carrier pickup.
- After shipment, customers should receive tracking details at the email address used for the order when tracking is available.
- Contact iKyoor support if tracking has not been received within three business days of placing an order, or if tracking shows no carrier update for three business days after it is issued.
3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery
iKyoor orders may ship through carriers such as FedEx, USPS, UPS, or other suitable parcel or freight services depending on product size, warehouse availability, and destination. The final method and tracking details are shown in the shipment confirmation or carrier tracking page.

4. Holiday and Carrier Delays
During peak periods such as Thanksgiving through Christmas, carrier networks may experience above-normal delays because of order volume, weather, and holiday operations. Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by events outside iKyoor's direct control.
- If a delay is caused by carrier conditions, weather, holiday operations, or other events outside our control, customers should first check carrier tracking for the latest update.
- If tracking remains unclear, contact iKyoor support with your order number so we can help review the shipment status.
5. Worry-Free Purchase Insurance
Optional Worry-Free Purchase Insurance may be offered at checkout for selected orders. Availability, coverage details, claim rules, refund conditions, and compensation instructions are shown on the purchase page or insurance terms before checkout.
- Coverage may apply to certain lost, damaged, or delayed packages when the insurance terms allow it.
- If shipping insurance is applied, the insurance fee may not be separately refundable unless stated otherwise in the insurance terms or required by law.
- Duplicate refunds or duplicate reshipments should not be processed for the same covered issue.
6. Order Cancellation and Address Changes
- Customers may request cancellation or shipping-address changes within six hours after placing an order. We will make reasonable efforts to intercept eligible orders before shipment.
- We cannot guarantee cancellation or address changes after an order has entered fulfillment or carrier handoff.
- For cancellation requests made after the six-hour window, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees where applicable.
- iKyoor is not responsible for packages lost or unrecoverable because the customer supplied an incorrect address.
- Orders shipped to incorrect customer-provided addresses may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
7. International Shipping
International shipping may be available for selected products and selected destinations only. Product eligibility, country availability, shipping fee, taxes, duties, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout when available.
- Free or discounted international shipping may apply only when it is clearly shown at checkout.
- If a country or region is not shown as an available option, the product may be out of stock, restricted, or unavailable in that market.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing any duties, taxes, or import requirements shown by checkout, the carrier, or local authorities.
8. Address Correction Fees
If an order has already shipped to an incorrect address, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to check whether redirection services are available. If iKyoor needs to process an address-change request after shipment, a delivery request fee or carrier correction fee may apply.
